A safe place to practice speaking english

Speaking a new language can be so exciting, but you need a safe space to practice. LC Chats is just that. It is a drop-in, year-round program. LCMC works with community partners and professionals in various fields to provide life and job skill workshops like financial literacy, workplace safety, and public health literacy. If you have an idea for a single-day or half-day workshop you would like to provide for adult learners of basic literacy, English as a second language, or essential workplace skills, please contact Raul Marin at raul@lcmcmd.org.
