Our Impact

Adult education fills the gap that our current educational systems often leave. We serve adults who are basic skills deficient—either because they came to this country with low English skills or because they fell out of school in this country. We have students who come to us having been professionals in their home countries, but we also get folks who cannot hold a pencil. We get disconnected youth who dropped out of school; we get returning citizens.

Put simply: we work with and for people that society often ignores, which means we are truly a public school that attempts to teach, train, and mentor underserved learners. Because of that, we have the potential to change the lives not only off our learners but of their families. Please consider helping us do this work.

As you can see the needs is great. But the payoff is immense. If we can get our learners the skills they need, we will help them get wages that make a difference not only for our learners, but for their communities, as well.

Education is a tool for real and lasting driver for economic justice and equity.
