I’m a proud member of the Classroom 2 Community (C2C) Board of directors (formerly, Literacy Council of Montgomery County Board).

I need your support for our upcoming fundraiser, our annual tree event.

The TREE event is our Board’s peer-to-peer fundraising run/ride/walk that supports local parents who are trying to get the skills they need to get employed.

C2C is a unique program in the region in that it works with our local school district to target parents who lack basic English and computer skills. We offer FREE ESL, GED, citizenship and computer classes.  Last year, we served over 5,000 adults in Montgomery and Prince George’s County and we can serve more this year if we can raise the necessary funds. 

Every $500 we raise means one more under-served adult gets access to quality education.

Please help C2C sustain and expand this vital work with a contribution to this page. This impacts not only our learners, but their families and their communities.
